Corrective Procedures for hair transplant patinets who had plugs

This story follows Dean, a 36 year old male who had several hair transplants in the 80's when hair plugs were the order of the day. Dean has had to wear a hairsystem for many years to cover up his unnatural hairline. Recently after becoming tired of the daily maintenance needed to keep it looking natural, he decided to look into corrective surgery. His quest led him to the New Hair Institute in Los Angeles where he has been undergoing several corrective procedures designed to remove the unnatural plugs and allow him to regain a normal looking hairline so he no longer has to wear his hairsystem.

PROCEDURE TWO
On December 13th, 2001, Dean had the second of an expected 4 procedures. This procedure was done to remove the remaining plugs in his hair line. Dr. McClellan used a 3 mm punch to punch out the old hair plugs which were then dissected under the microscope. A total of 203 Follicular Units were extracted from the 43 plugs that were removed. These 203 FUs were then reimplanted in Dean's hairline.

The unnatural plugs are clearly visible.
